Purposefully grown in a low yielding block due to soil type produced grapes of intense flavour. Grown at 515 m above sea level.
Winemaking
Winemaking: Chris Derrez and Ping Li
12.7% Alc. Vol
Blended with 4% Viognier. Cold, slow fermentation (13-15 degrees for 30 days)
Tasting Notes
Peach and nectarine palate; this delightful, juicy and textured wine is of medium weight with subtle sweetness and well balanced acidity.
