Description
The Vines
The Fiano vines are grafted onto Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1997. The established root system is bedded in deep red volcanic soil. Our Fiano vines are carefully cane pruned each year to ensure a balanced and quality fruiting crop.

Tasting Notes
Floral aromatics. Citrus blossom, tropical melon and a hint of cashew nut aromas. A juicy, tropical and citrus curd palate with chalky, textual acidity. Slightly more herbaceous than the 2021 vintage.
