Description
The Vines
The 2023 Sparkling was made from our Viognier and Vermentino grapes. The Viognier grows on the Western slopes of Ballinaclash while the Vermentino grows on the Eastern slope. Both are planted into deep red volcanic soils which cover a well drained granite base.

95% Viognier 5% Vermentino
Tasting Notes
Clean fresh green apple fruit. Vibrant primary style with fresh and crunchy acid finish.
