Description
The Vines
The Shiraz was picked from ‘Granny and Mikes’ block on Ballinaclash. The vines are planted in the sloping hills which sit at 500 m altitude. Planted into deep, red top soil, which covers well drained volcanic granite soil. The grapes were left on the vine for longer than usual die to the wet finish to Summer.

Tasting Notes
Medium bodied classic Hilltops cool climate Shiraz featuring a fresh, fruity nose. Red berry and white pepper flavours.
