Things have been in full swing at Ballinaclash over the past week or so … cherries, wine, pies, cheese, merchandise, group tasting experiences and of course pick-your-own!

We have your weekend drinks and dessert sorted with the fridge stacked full of delicious Coolamon cheese and freshly baked cherry pies which all goes well with a Ballinaclash wine.

Our new Cherry Splash has just been labelled and is ready to enjoy! Tangy and bold; drink as is or add a dash of Sparkling or lemonade to this spritz cherry wine for a refreshing summertime drink … hmmm yum!

Looking for Christmas gift ideas from the cherry capital? We have some beautiful new cherry merchandise in stock, all hand-made and very cherry available in our Farmgate shop.

More happy pickers have been enjoying the pick-you-own experience in the Ballinaclash orchard and taking home the fruits of their labour – our delicious fresh cherries.

As part of the Hilltops Christmas Spending Spree – a great initiative supporting local businesses – if you buy your cherries or anything else from Ballinaclash before December 13th, you go into the draw to win a share of the prize pool.

Have you wanted to know how to make your own delicious cherry pies? Well you are in luck – we have added more of our Cherry Pie Making classes with local orchardist and expert pie maker Cath Mullany.
