Description
The Vines
The 5 acre block of Cabernet Sauvignon is a consistent trophy producing block having won trophies every year over the past 5 years. Planted at the bottom of the Eastern facing slope at 510 m altitude. This aspect allows for a long and even ripening, producing a consistent high end Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are planted into deep red soils which cover volcanic granite soils.

Tasting notes
Classic blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with toasty, chocolate oak. Dark ribena and cassis palate with a hint of mint. Generous suede-like tannins.
