Made from 100% Ballinaclash Chardonnay. Our Chardonnay vines were planted in the early 2000’s. These vines are planted into deep red volcanic soil at approx. 520 m altitude.

Tasting Notes
This sophisticated and elegant sparkling wine is made from 100% single vineyard Chardonnay grapes. Classic toast and lemon zest aromas entice you into a creamy rounded palate displaying hints of apple and pear. Enjoy the lingering, smooth finish resulting from time on lees.
