Cherry Pie Classes

Cherry Pie Making Classes

It doesn’t get any more authentic than this!

Note: Cherry pie making classes are only available during Cherry Season (November – December).

There is no doubt that Young produces some of Australia’s finest cherries, but did you know that it is also home to mouth-watering delicious cherry pies? At Ballinaclash, people come from far and wide to taste, pick and buy the delicious fresh cherries, home-made jams, sauces, ice-cream, cordial and of course the Ballinaclash Cherry Pie.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own delicious Cherry Pie using fresh Ballinaclash cherries? During the cherry season you’ll have your chance to learn to do so at a Ballinaclash Cherry Pie Making Class, with local orchardist and pie maker Cath Mullany.

The lesson lasts approximately 1 ½ hours and you don’t have to bring a thing except yourself, a smile and your sense of humour!

If you have a group larger than 12 and would like to book a class at a time not listed below, please give us a call. Weekday classes can be arranged by appointment. We can also arrange a cherry pie making demonstration for large groups by appointment. For more information, contact us.
