Chilli Plum Sauce

Based on a recipe given to us by our dear friends and neighbours, Jack and Beryl. This is a versatile sauce that can spice up most dishes! Its mild chilli flavour works well with most meats and also makes a great dipping sauce for Asian cuisine.
