Description
The Vines
The Tourgia grapes are grafted onto Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1997. Tourgia is Typically a low yielding variety, allowing the plant to put all its energy into a small amount of fruit. The soil is very deep red volcanic soil.

Tasting Notes
Dark cherry cola aromas with a lifted violet and rose petal top-note. Palate of dark blue fruits with a forest bramble character. Fine but grippy tannins.
