Description
The Vines
The Ballinaclash Viognier vines were planted in the early 2000’s and are on a Western facing slope. This allows for the stronger Western sunlight to ensure the grapes are fully ripened before harvest, allowing the grapes to develop their full potential in both aroma and taste.
