Description
The Vines
The Cabernet Sauvignon block on Ballinaclash consists of 5 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, planted at the bottom of the Eastern slope facing (510 m altitude). This aspect allows for a long and even ripening, producing a consistent high end Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are planted into deep red soils which cover volcanic granite soils.
