Due to the cool weather, the fruit is ripening more slowly than usual.

Our Pick Your Own is now completely booked out this Cherry Festival Weekend Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th December.

Please note, only those with a booking will be allowed entry to the Pick Your Own this weekend.

There are plenty of bookings and plenty of beautiful ripe cherries available for later dates, in fact, because this is such a late season, we anticipate mid to late December will be the peak season this year and a great time to get beautiful ripe cherries.

Our apricots & other stone fruit are also ripening slowly & will not be available this weekend.

 Ballinaclash Farm Gate Shop & Cellar Door is now open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm for cherries, wine tasting, cherry ice creams, cherry pies and other Ballinaclash products.

You are welcome to visit our Farm Gate shop & Cellar Door without a booking.

Pick Your Own Bookings are currently open until December 23rd. We will then close for the Christmas break, however it is highly likely that we will  reopen after Christmas for cherry picking and our Pick Your Own season may well go into the New Year.

We will open up more bookings once cherries are ripe.

We are now totally dependent on the weather for the ripening of our fruit; it is impossible to give exact dates for the availability of particular cherry varieties, stone fruit or the end of cherry season.
