Coming This Spring - Blossom Festival

Well it’s been a while, but a lot has been happening at Ballinaclash!
Since the end of cherries, we have harvested all of our other fruits, including apricots, peaches, nectarines, figs, plums, quinces, sugar plums, loquats and most recently, we have just finished picking our grapes for the 2022 Vintage. All in all, we are very happy with the season. Six months of fruit harvest leaves us exhausted, but at the same time, there’s always this excitement about the next harvest, and what we can do to continually improve our products and customer service, so stay tuned.
Whilst harvest may be finished, we now enter a quieter time of year where we get to put more focus on our wines.
With the expanding of our shed tasting area, extensions to our commercial kitchen and toilet renovations, we are now looking forward to reopening our cellar door and farm Gate Shop from Saturday 28th May. We will then be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm throughout Autumn and Winter.
We will have our Premium Wine Tasting Experiences available along with accompanying cheese platters. We also have a few special wine tasting experiences coming up, so if you don’t already, it might be a good idea to follow us on Instagram or Facebook so you don’t miss out!
Whilst are trees and vines start to go into dormancy for the Winter, there is still much to do out in the paddock to ensure everything is in its best condition.
Whilst that’s a very brief summary of what we’ve been doing since cherries, why don’t you start planning your visit to our Cellar Door and Farm Gate Shop where you can enjoy a leisurely glass of wine by the fire whilst we let you in a little more of our story.
Looking forward to seeing you at Ballinaclash soon!
