We are officially in the middle of winter and so it seems very appropriate that as I sit here writing by the fire, I am enjoying the sound of gentle rain on the tin roof.
This beautiful vineyard photo of winter at Ballinaclash was taken by talented local photographer Maree Myhill.
We have decided to remain closed again this coming weekend due to the Covid-19 Restrictions.😢😢😢
We send our best wishes to all those currently in lock-down, and hope that very soon we will be able to see you again at Ballinaclash.
There is plenty happening in the orchard and vineyard with pruning and preparation for grafting and replanting filling our days. We also get the odd local visitor popping in, as captured below by local photographer Maree Myhill.
Already we are getting a lot of inquiry regarding the 2021 Cherry Season which is due to commence in November. We are currently working very hard to ensure a seamless booking system is set up so that in these somewhat unpredictable times, we can look after our pick your own customers as best we can. We hope to have this booking system up in the next few weeks.
If you subscribe to our newsletter , we will let you know when our bookings open.
In the meantime, don’t forget to follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep up to date with what’s happening at Ballinaclash..
